Making it happen for Johnson Tiles

Johnson Tiles celebrated 120 years in business and Hattrick helped them stay as relevant as ever.

Johnson Tiles is the only remaining ceramic tiles manufacturer in the UK. The business wanted to mark its anniversary by refining its positioning, while celebrating its history and the key milestones along the way.

Tackling the brief

Hattrick’s recommendations had to tell the Johnson Tiles’ story so far in a fresh and interesting way.

It also had to be forward looking - rather than dwelling on the past.

To make sure we hit the mark, the team carried out in-depth interviews with the internal team, clients and non-clients.

We also mapped out the competitors and the wider industry to make sure Johnson Tiles would stand out.
