Tackling the brief
Hattrick’s recommendations had to tell the Johnson Tiles’ story so far in a fresh and interesting way.
It also had to be forward looking - rather than dwelling on the past.
To make sure we hit the mark, the team carried out in-depth interviews with the internal team, clients and non-clients.
We also mapped out the competitors and the wider industry to make sure Johnson Tiles would stand out.
Hattrick helped refine the business branding, messaging and logo and developed the marketing and social media strategy for the 120th anniversary celebrations.
