Working alongside Diagnostics 360, we’ve both educated their team when it comes to Carbon Literacy as well as supported them when it comes to embedding it into their business. Our Net Zero Masterclass has empowered their team with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to drive real climate action. What started with Carbon Literacy training has grown into Silver-level accreditation as a Carbon Literate Organisation and a long-term commitment to making a difference.

The challenge

As a medical diagnostics provider, Diagnostics 360 operates in a fast-paced industry where efficiency and accuracy are key. But with sustainability climbing the agenda across all sectors, including healthcare, they recognised the need to do more - both within their own operations and across their wider supply chain.

As a passionate B Corp organisation, they wanted to upskill their team, giving them the insights and practical tools to embed climate-conscious decision-making into the business. More than that, they saw an opportunity to use their influence to drive wider change, inspiring clients and suppliers to rethink their own approach to sustainability.

The solution

We worked closely with Diagnostics 360 to develop a tailored Net Zero Masterclass, designed to cut through complexity and turn climate science into action. Making the course relevant to the healthcare industry was an important aspect of the learning.

Held as an interactive face-to-face session, the training brought all 18 team members together to explore:

The risks and opportunities climate change presents for businesses
Carbon footprint, offsetting, and the carbon budget
Net zero - what it really means and how to get there
Greenwashing - how to spot it and communicate sustainability with integrity

The highlights

The session was designed to be practical, engaging, and directly relevant to their work - helping the team connect the dots between their roles and the bigger picture of climate action.Following the training, we supported them in securing Carbon Literate Organisation silver accreditation, cementing their commitment to Carbon Literacy and driving down emissions as integral parts of their business.

The impact was immediate. Every team member made an individual and professional pledge to reduce their carbon footprint - whether that was through minimising waste, making more sustainable procurement choices, or rethinking transport and logistics. And, by embedding Carbon Literacy into their culture, Diagnostics 360 is ensuring sustainability isn’t just a one-off initiative - it’s part of how they work, think, and engage with the world around them.
