The challenge
APEM Group is a leading environmental consultancy sought after by government entities and regulators to shape policy. With such pivotal recognition, they had set ambitious global expansion plans for the upcoming year to solidify their strong position in the industry. This was driven not only by wanting to expand both their solutions and geographical reach, but also by their unwavering commitment to fostering positive outcomes for people and the planet. They needed a guiding compass to align action, attract talent, and captivate customers, promising a better, greener future for all.
The solution
To create a compelling narrative that truly embodied APEM Group’s aspirations with unwavering rigour and integrity - which are the very essence of their brand. To do this, we conducted desk research and internal interviews to gain insights into what sets them apart from the crowd, enabling us to define a vision that aligned with their goals.

Mission statement

To bring this new vision and mission statement to life, we created an inspirational internal launch video, complete with graphics, that celebrated the brilliance of the people that are shaping the APEM of now and the future.
The highlights
Following the launch of the vision and mission statement, APEM Group held a Spring Town Hall event where the new statements were introduced. The reception from the employees was overwhelmingly positive, demonstrating engagement and alignment with the company's objectives. The new vision and mission resonated across all parts of the business, fostering a sense of unity and purpose amongst the team.
The new vision and mission has set the stage for future growth and expansion, serving as a guiding force for their operations and attracting stakeholders who share their commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
