Client Service Manager
As our Client Service Manager you would be responsible for the day-to-day running of accounts, which is split into two key elements; account management and project management.

Reporting to the Client Service Lead, you would be the first port of call for clients and ensure all activity is delivered on time and budget against the strategy set. 

As a project manager, you need excellent organisational and communication skills and would work closely with the content and community management team to manage the quality and delivery of the work (with support from the Client Service Lead).

The ideal candidate has lived and worked abroad and speaks a second/third language and thrives in an international setting.

Community Manager
We’re looking for ambitious individual/s to plan, tailor and share/distribute short form content from in-depth reports, white papers and research across digital, PR and social media platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Content Creation – writing blog posts, editorial articles and social media posts
  • Social Media Management – sharing content, supporting posts with paid for activity, managing and growing the client’s presence/communities across a range of channels
  • Media relations – crafting content to secure editorial opportunities, managing incoming media enquiries and building relationships with industry journalists
  • Analytics and Evaluation using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
