Opportunity 1: Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic b2b content marketeer with three to five years experience who thrives in a busy environment; managing clients, developing written content – both long and short form – as well as writing briefs and managing design work. 

You love understanding your clients and their world to deliver great work.

With a good grasp of the owned, earned and paid-for channel mix, you are confident advising clients as part of the team on the most appropriate content and how to best reach their target audience.

You are commercially aware and understand the importance of delivering on time and budget. Working as part of a team, you’re happy to roll your sleeves up to get the job done – together.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account handling

– Passion for servicing clients; digging deep to understand what your clients want and need from Hattrick

– Communicate with clients to manage their expectations and balance these against the fee paid/other Hattrick client commitments

– Develop a deep knowledge of client industry sector & audiences

– Meet deadlines & work independently as part of the team

Content Creation 

– Produce a variety of long form and short form content; both marketing and sales-led

– Ability to translate complex subjects into easy to understand copy

Eye for detail 

– Proofread articles before sending for approval or final publication

– Ensure all-around consistency (style and tone)

– Coordinate with outreach/design teams on best way to illustrate articles

– Track and measure performance of content

– Understand analytics to uncover the how and why

Learning mindset

– Be self sufficient in keeping abreast of changes within the industry and the built environment/commercial interiors

– Naturally curious and eager to take advantage of our generous training budget for your own and the team’s development

Opportunity 2: Content Marketing Account Executive

We are looking for someone with at least a year’s experience in a b2b marketing environment with a good understanding of social media/digital marketing. The successful individual will have an ability to write content for different content formats and channel mediums.

Strong writing skills are essential – especially short form: blogs, newsletters, press releases, social media content, landing page copy and ‘sales-led’ content.

KEY SKILLS

Strong written work for a b2b audience:

– Create easy to read content, developing attention grabbing headlines, openers and crafting compelling conclusions

– Strong, adaptable content for a range of channels

– Attention to detail; spelling, punctuation and grammar

Solid understanding of digital and social media channels:

– Ability to develop differentiated content for each channel/network

– Plan and run a content calendar

Account management:

– Service minded and organised with a drive to deliver results for clients in a timely manner working with both colleagues and partners

– Ability to juggle multiple fast moving clients and changing priorities

– Commercial acumen – understand the importance of delivering on time and on budget to meet internal and external targets

Learning mindset

– Be self sufficient in keeping abreast of changes within the industry and the built environment/commercial interiors
