Content management & coordination

With a global client base, this role involves working as part of a team to produce great content across all of our clients.

You will be responsible for running a small group of key accounts. As an account handler you’ll love building relationships with clients to generate revenue and deliver interesting, results-driven content.

Great communication and organisation across clients and the team is critical to drive projects through.

A variety of content

Managing a broad variety of activity for our clients, you’ll be involved in the development of proposals and campaign ideas as well as the coordination of content for:

  • 'Always on' content incl blogs, emailers & social

  • Thought leadership campaigns

  • Social - organic & paid-for

  • Events/webinars/podcasts


Account management

  • Co-ordinate and deliver results for clients in a timely manner working with both colleagues and partners

  • Ability to juggle multiple fast moving clients and changing priorities

  • Time / budget awareness - understand the importance of delivering on time and on budget

  • Plan and prioritise your working day effectively

  • Identify what clients need and develop ideas


  • Naturally interested in what's happening in our and our clients' worlds

  • Constantly learning & growing as part of the team

Digital and social media

  • Ability to differentiate and create content for each

  • Plan out content calendars
